Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Director and collaborate closely with the EMEA Operational Excellence & Quality Director. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the Operational Excellence initiatives and implement a comprehensive suite of OpEx tools across all designated locations.

Your focus will be on enhancing Manufacturing and Logistics performance, while also mentoring and guiding teams to achieve site-specific excellence objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment of Operational Excellence strategies across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive transformation efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is essential; Black Belt certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operational or manufacturing setting, demonstrating success in driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel as required.
