Medical Writer Internship

Costello Medical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst/Medical Writer Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in medical communications, market access, and health economic and outcomes research. You will work on a variety of projects, typically two to three, across different divisions, and have the chance to develop your skills in data analysis, writing, and project management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, excellent written and spoken English skills, and the ability to communicate complex scientific information to different audiences. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working on projects that contribute to improving healthcare outcomes globally.

Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of medical education slides, systematic searches of medical literature, and clinical trial manuscripts
- Develop clinical and cost-effectiveness evidence to support HTA submissions to NICE
- Support project management and effective communication with clients
- Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
- Undergraduate degree level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or expected 2.1)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan your own work effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
