Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Risk Manager to join our team in Bolton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing damages claims against surety, writing detailed reports, and negotiating settlements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management from a contracting background and a good understanding of contractual matters and claims. A strong communication skills with the ability to establish good rapport with claimants is essential.

You can expect a competitive salary up to £60k (DOE) based on your experience, plus a range of additional benefits including a discretionary bonus, pension contribution, and health cover.
