About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our high-performing team in Queensland, Australia. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of activities, managing procurement requirements, and coordinating subcontractors on site. You will work closely with site supervisors and the workforce to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges while maintaining safety, environmental, specification, design, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion and quality delivery
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and the workforce to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (recognized by Engineers Australia)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years' experience in civil infrastructure projects
  • Passion for delivering excellent health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results
