Due to exciting growth, LADbible Group is looking for a driven and passionate Branding Strategist Lead to join our Branded Content Delivery team on a permanent basis. This role will involve leading complex key client campaigns by providing an exceptional level of service that results in account growth, while ensuring the production of outstanding creative work.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can manage end-to-end processes of large campaigns and budgets across multiple channels and mediums. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including briefing teams, understanding and creating timelines, developing clear presentations, and managing margins.

The successful candidate will be comfortable building strong relationships with clients based on honesty and trust. They will also be able to lead and nurture members of a core project team, working effectively in fast-paced creative environments.

This role requires accurate management of project finances, budgets, contracts, and creating Statements of Work (SOWs). The successful candidate will also need to develop strong written and verbal skills, providing presentation support to their line manager or broader team as needed.

In this role, you will partner closely with Client Solutions (Sales), Trafficking, Creative, and Client Projects teams to optimize day-to-day campaign process and workflow. You will also deliver first-class service for our clients, ensuring client satisfaction across all partnerships.

As a Branding Strategist Lead, you will directly line manage an Account Manager and strategically plan and deliver branded content deliverables from beginning to end. You will also manage the end-to-end process of large campaigns and budgets that span multiple channels and mediums.
