AJ Fox Compliance, a forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Senior Compliance Executive to join their proactive team.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance, working across the business to embed a strong compliance culture while providing expert guidance on regulatory and risk issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of compliance throughout the organization by ensuring all departments adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
  • Offer authoritative advice on legal, ethical, and regulatory matters, drawing from extensive knowledge and expertise.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update policies and procedures to ensure alignment with up-to-date compliance legislation.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs focused on risk management and compliance best practices.
  • Assist in reviewing and managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing measures, including acting as an independent auditor for these processes.
  • Oversee file review systems, identify areas for improvement, and manage corrective actions to maintain the highest standards.
  • Analyze trends and investigate incidents, manage complaints, and prevent future issues through data-driven decision making.
  • Lead the Customer Service Focus Group and manage the firm's Customer Service Excellence Accreditation.
  • Mentor and guide Compliance professionals, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
