Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-line technical support to staff
  • Assist with the specification and support of IT applications
  • Work closely with other team members and eHealth staff to resolve technical issues
  • Represent the team at meetings involving senior managers and non-eHealth staff
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in technical support and application support. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
