Radiology Department Manager

Interior Health is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the General Radiology, Computed Tomography (CT), and Mammography departments at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within the departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the General Radiology, CT, and Mammography teams
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- A competitive salary range of $45.64 to $56.99 per hour
