Radiology Department Manager

Interior Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the General Radiology, Computed Tomography (CT), and Mammography departments at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH).
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of these departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday with various shift times available.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the General Radiology, CT, and Mammography departments, ensuring compliance with Interior Health Medical Imaging goals and directions.
- Act as an expert clinical resource to staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
