Nursery Outdoor Provision Specialist

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Practitioner to join our team at Austin Fraser. As an Outdoor Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor learning experiences for children.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver engaging outdoor activities that support children's development and learning.
- Ensure outdoor environments are safe, stimulating, and conducive to child-led exploration.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's engagement with nature.
- Collaborate with the team to develop outdoor spaces and resources.
- Maintain health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through outdoor play and activities.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in outdoor provision and outdoor education.
- A qualification in Early Years or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- A passion for working with children and promoting outdoor learning.
- Ability to manage outdoor environments safely and effectively.
- An enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible attitude with a willingness to get involved in outdoor activities, regardless of the weather.
