Nursery Leader

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate practitioner to expand and develop the setting to meet the needs of the surrounding community. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the EYFS setting implementing the highest standards of education and childcare to be compliant with Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage and provide activities which enable children to develop and learn, promoting excellent practice at all times.

The Nursery Leader will manage the EYFS Team under the guidance of the SLT, mentoring and supervising other practitioners and modelling the skills and behaviours that safeguard and support children. The Nursery Leader will have a strong focus on delivering and continually improving standards of care and education. The Nursery Leader must be a motivated individual with the ability to use their own initiative, work collaboratively and have excellent leadership and communication skills to collaboratively deliver and embed practices, processes and systems which improve provision and the learning experience.

The Nursery Leader will be accountable for the delivery of high-quality provision within the EYFS setting and must be able to make the most of our creative curriculum and outdoors provision.

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
