Job Title: Director of Production Excellence

Are you a driven professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Director of Production Excellence to join our team and lead operations at a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to implement changes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are safe for consumption.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with production goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Food Manufacturing Expertise: Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development, performance management, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional results.
  • Passion for Food Quality: A commitment to delivering high-quality products and maintaining food safety and quality control at all stages of production.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to driving process improvements and operational excellence across all departments.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead safety and training initiatives
