Internal Sales Consultant for HVAC and Industrial Products

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Internal Technical Sales Dust, Fume & Mist Extraction professional, you will be responsible for selling our range of dust, fume, and mist extraction products to various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling manufactured range of dust, fume, and mist extraction products, including downdraught benches, dust control booths, mist filters, air cleaning systems, and tool vacuum systems.
- Selling product range across various industries such as rail, automotive, aerospace, tool hire, stone masonry, manufacturing, and engineering.
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing technical advice and support.
- Maintain and develop existing customer accounts and distribution partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to closing sales.
- Produce quotes for customers and follow up where necessary.
- Dealing with average unit costs ranging between £3k-£5k, with order values ranging up to £15,000.
Requirements:
- Must have experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Must have a technical background, with consideration given to engineers looking to move into sales.
- Ideally will have experience with local exhaust ventilation systems.
- Must be confident in sales and dealing with customers over the phone.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused and orientated.
- Driving License.
