As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-end residential projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the high-end residential construction industry.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing valuation documents.
  • Prior sole responsibility of the profitability of a project.
