This pivotal role requires a leader who can drive excellence in aftersales management, streamline processes, and ensure smooth transactions for high-value investment property sales. The successful candidate will oversee the progression of off-plan sales, ensuring that deals move efficiently from reservation to completion.
The Role:
- Lead and develop the aftersales team to ensure optimal performance and collaboration in managing property investment sales cycles.
- Oversee and refine processes, with a strong focus on investment property sales and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with investors, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents to ensure timely and successful completions.
- Monitor key performance metrics, implement strategies to meet targets, and enhance team productivity.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, quickly resolving client concerns and maintaining strong long-term relationships with property investors.
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving performance in sales or aftersales teams.
- Deep understanding of off-plan investments and the legal processes related to property transactions.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, using tech-driven solutions to optimise performance.
What We Offer:
- Up to £65,000 basic salary per annum + up to £75,000 including OTE.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
- Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week (once settled in the role).
- Trains and hotels paid for travel between offices.
- 1st Friday of the month is half day.
