Main Responsibilities- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring their individual needs are met and their quality of life is improved.
- Ensure clinical activities are meticulously documented, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems, adhering to Diaverum's strict protocols and procedures.
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients, providing education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
