We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Production System Department as a Production System Department Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various activities focused on Plant Development, Digitalisation, and Plant Steering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting analytical studies and developing comprehensive plans for plant expansion/modifications
* Identifying opportunities to improve plant space utilisation and implementing strategies to increase efficiency
* Collaborating with local government councils and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

You will also have the opportunity to support other functions of the team that interest you.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and problem-solving skills, as well as a methodical and structured approach to planning and delivering tasks. A degree in Engineering or Innovation/Digitalisation related subject is preferred, and digital proficiency is also beneficial.

This role offers a competitive annual salary of £23,650, 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), an attractive pension scheme, and contracted working hours of 37 hours a week with a half day on Friday. Additionally, you will have access to our on-site gym, subsidised on-site restaurant, and Advantages scheme.
