We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Harbour Hotel Chichester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, bar, and conference areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and staff training to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
