Procurement Coordinator

As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Support the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms
- Place and monitor purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Work closely with the production manager to monitor stock levels and forecast needs
- Review and streamline procurement processes
- Conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Research and source new products, materials, and technology
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with directors, suppliers, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
