Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

Austin Fraser is seeking a SEN teaching assistant to support the learning and development of a pupil with Autism at our partner school in Southall, Ealing. This is a rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and caring individual to make a positive impact on a child's life.
Key Features- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop personalised learning plans
- Provide individualised support to a pupil with Autism
- Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated activities
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience working with children with Autism or other special needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
Austin Fraser offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from regular training sessions, a supportive staff team, and excellent professional growth opportunities.
