High Volume Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our high-volume sales team.
The OpportunityThis role involves overseeing the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transactions from sale to completion, and managing a small team of sales professionals.
The Salary Package- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + bonuses based on successful exchanges
- £25 per exchange
- £50 per exchange under 28 days
As a team lead, you will also be eligible for additional benefits and bonuses, in addition to your base salary.
Responsibilities- Leading a team of sales professionals to manage high volumes of property instructions
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimise the sales progression process
- Coordinating with clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to ensure timely and efficient transactions
- Providing regular updates and proactive communication to all stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and property sales regulations
- Proven experience in sales progression, preferably in a high-volume property environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and third-party contacts
