Job Title: ICT Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Asset Management Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining software configuration management items, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and maintain software packages and data requirements
  • Utilize software asset management and vulnerability toolsets to ensure data accuracy
  • Map vulnerabilities found for software and open source packages for resolution
  • Work with teams to review and upgrade deployed software, consolidating duplicated functionalities
  • Produce accurate reports and escalate identified compliance risks and issues to Senior Management
  • Manage license agreement repository and data within the system through regular auditing and verification

Requirements:

  • Experience with software packaging and distribution, software asset management principles, and requirements
  • Ability to use software asset management toolsets and principles, including SNOW Licence Manager, Nessus, and Truesight
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and present it back
  • Strong understanding of technology and tools, including Active Directory, software distribution, and asset inventory and configuration management tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with independent deadlines and deliverables
