Bid and Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Project Manager to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources across all functions to deliver competitive campaigns, bids, and products, and delivering profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain architectures to meet the needs of bids and projects
- Represent Thales in discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure acquisition strategies align with business needs
- Work closely with bid and product development teams to design and deliver supply chain solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities in the role of intra-group supply chain Risk Manager
About You
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in Bid and Project Management, procurement, and a track record of successful delivery in a similar role. You will have advanced commercial skills, including experience with differing contracting models, and a broad range of skills focused on needs analysis, design to cost, make-team-buy, technical interface management, acquisition strategy definition, supplier management, risk and opportunity management, subcontract management, relationship management, leadership, presentation, and communication.
