Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a leading provider of healthcare services, seeking a highly skilled Registered Learning Disability Staff Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at a 28-bed forensic low secure hospital in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with the Multi-Disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities and Requirements

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a qualified and experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD). The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience.
  • Active NMC Registration.
