Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Monetization Strategist to join our team at Apple Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in free-to-play gaming business performance, monetization and/or product management.

The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. This figure is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with external game developers to identify business growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis using tools such as Excel/Numbers and Tableau to inform App Store product and policy decisions related to app business models and in-app monetization.
  • Develop new analytical frameworks, tools, and templates that deliver unique insights and enable data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of in-game monetization mechanics and economy design for free-to-play games, including innovation in the space and the broader games industry.
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to identify impactful, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrable track record of preparing and delivering compelling presentations, including crafting persuasive narratives supported by compelling data visualizations.
