About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Helping with medication management and reminders
  • Preparing meals and snacks for our clients
  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
  • Supporting our clients with mobility and transferring them safely

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.88 per hour, plus paid mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, and access to our in-house app.
