Job Title: Controller of Corporate Finance

We are searching for an experienced Controller of Corporate Finance to manage financial reporting, group consolidation, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, and relationships with financial institutions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial reporting strategies.
  • Create accurate and timely group consolidations.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to domestic and international tax regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Spearhead the development of financial systems strategy and accounting software.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and preparation for annual audits.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and documentation.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
