**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support business decisions.

- Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts to guide business strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial challenges.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in accounting and credit management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems.

**Salary & Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive benefits such as flexible working hours, a competitive pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
