Tray Wash Operative Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Tray Wash Operative to join our production team in Wellingborough. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, load, and stack plastic trays for re-use in a tray wash environment.
  • Perform infeed and outfeed tasks, including removing waste from trays and stacking washed trays on pallets.
  • Conduct quality control checks on trays throughout the process to ensure labels and waste are cleared.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting in some areas.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required.
