Senior People and Organisational Development Manager

We are a food manufacturing business seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our people team.
This strategic role requires a dynamic and passionate individual with experience in HR leadership, particularly within the food manufacturing/FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have high-level fluency in written and verbal English, graduate level capability, and ideally postgraduate HR qualifications.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary range of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, including a car allowance of £5,400, up to 10% bonus scheme, and additional benefits like 6% pension and healthcare with BUPA.
