About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to support operational colleagues in providing first-class financial information, enabling them to drive business performance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will build relationships with Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning functions to take joint ownership of financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare inventory and indirect cost projections to support forecasting and budget cycles.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data during month-end responsibilities.
- Analyze variances between actuals, prior year, budget, and forecast, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Guide and support site leadership teams by challenging decision-making and contributing to monthly business reporting.
- Play an influential role in relevant management meetings and evaluate make vs buy decisions.
To be considered for this permanent and progressive Finance Business Partner role, you will be at least part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience, with proven experience within a similar position. You will have strong MS Excel skills, ideally with financial modelling or scenario evaluation experience, and the ability to influence and challenge decisions.
What We OfferThis permanent Finance Business Partner role offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience, and a range of competitive benefits, including an annual bonus scheme, flexible working hours, and a contributed pension scheme.
