About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including seating, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings, highlighting the unique qualities of our BBQ cuisine.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
