Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Specialist to join our team at Direct Line Group.

This full-time position involves working 40 hours, four days a week, on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday. The opportunity to work overtime allows you to choose your schedule.

Upon completion of the probationary period, you will receive a 5% bonus.

The role comes with a competitive salary, up to £37,000 basic, dependant on experience, along with a 9% employer contributed pension and overtime pay.

  • A valid Category B driving licence is necessary for this position.
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is required.
  • Demonstrating empathy and a commitment to achieving the correct outcome is crucial.
  • Experience in the Motor Repair industry is essential.
  • Lone working experience is desirable.

As a Breakdown Service Operative, you will apply up-to-date repair techniques while collaborating with the dispatch team to enhance customer experiences.
