The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team, who will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented professionals to join our team of support workers, managers, and nurses who provide essential care to adults with learning disabilities. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Source and recruit high-quality candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective interview questions and evaluation criteria.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
