Residential Lettings Role
Haart Estate Agents in Earley is a leading estate agency with a strong presence in the property industry. We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Lettings Coordinator to manage residential lettings properties, conduct property inspections, and ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
As a Residential Lettings Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
• Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards

Requirements and Benefits
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive mindset, and a strong work ethic. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. A full UK driving licence is required, with preference given to manual transmission cars. In addition to your salary and commission, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave, enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, and continued training as you grow and develop within your role.
