Electrical Supervisor Job Description

As the Electrical Supervisor at Platinum Facilities Maintenance Services Ltd, you will oversee the reliability, safety, and performance of essential building systems. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers to deliver top-tier maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of skilled electricians, offering training and support to ensure exceptional quality of work.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and perform risk assessments to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, safety inspections, and system performance data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, technical advice, and addressing any concerns regarding electrical systems.
Requirements:
  • C&G or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent – Essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within electrical maintenance – Essential.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical safety regulations and proven experience in implementing safety procedures in high-risk environments.
