Excelcare Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Nourish Implementation Business Partner to join our Care Quality & Governance Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Nourish throughout our services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with our Digital Transformation Team and other stakeholders to drive the rollout of Nourish.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Nourish Business Partner to ensure a smooth implementation process
  • Communicating updates and changes to the system to our teams
  • Monitoring standards and providing training to ensure correct processes are followed
  • Traveling to different locations as needed to support the rollout of Nourish
