About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the school's business operations, ensuring the effective use of resources and the delivery of excellent educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to support the school's educational vision and goals.
  2. Manage the school's budget and resources to ensure efficient use and effective allocation.
  3. Lead and manage the school's business operations, including finance, HR, and facilities management.
  4. Collaborate with the school's leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education leadership and business management, with experience of working in a school or educational setting. They will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
