Senior Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Havas Health Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the management of multiple client service delivery projects, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support client or project-related meetings, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including marketing, medical, and procurement teams.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and profitable delivery of projects.
- Lead and motivate account teams to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Make recommendations to the senior team on project resourcing and staffing requirements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and leading new business pitches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform account team work and client relationships.
- Partner with other Havas Health & You network providers to secure larger business wins.
- Direct and support the account team in developing, reconciling, and negotiating project budgets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure direct reports can carry out their duties effectively and maintain a positive working environment.
- Accept responsibility and accountability for the outputs and performance of your team.
Requirements:
- Strong medical communications experience, with a focus on supporting medical affairs and medical education projects for pharmaceutical companies.
