### Role Overview

At WTW, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, focusing on knowledge growth and personal development.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and understanding of their business and risk management needs.
* Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise where required, accessing and deploying expertise within specialist technical teams.
* Work with the service team to deliver optimum structure, price, and placement strategies, growing existing portfolios by identifying new sales opportunities.
* Support the sales process to develop prospects and new business, actively identifying opportunities for account penetration and cross-selling.
* Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered, networking with other business units and external specialists.

### Placement Management

* Maintain strong working relationships with market contacts and WTW Broking Team, ensuring transparency of agency and other commitments made to markets and clients.
* Ensure compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements, checking market presentations, client documentation, and policy coverage as appropriate.
* Support programme and pricing structures to best meet client needs.

### Operational and Service Delivery

* Deliver excellent client service, adhering to WTW policies, procedures, and service standards.
* Support the business unit in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of revenue, developing annual client service plans.
* Support the management of KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met, providing feedback on corrective action required to retain clients or enhance process performance.

### Requirements

* Strong knowledge of account development and appropriate tools.
* Experienced at new business sales process.
* Skilled at building relationships with clients, prospects, associates, and external specialists.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Preferably educated to a degree level with professional qualifications of ACII or similar.
