About the Role

Exertis is seeking a talented Commercial Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our commercial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team and take ownership of key commercial processes, including administration, reporting, and data analysis. As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, as well as collaborate with external partners to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to achieve commercial objectives and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
