Residential Children's Services Lead

We are recruiting for a skilled Registered Children's Manager to lead our Children's home in Medway. This full-time position offers a rewarding career path and a competitive salary of up to £53,437 per annum.
About the Role:

- To drive continuous improvement and excellence in our services, striving for outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- To foster strong relationships with local authorities and other key stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
Key Requirements:
- A valid Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Proven experience working in children's residential care, with a minimum of 4 years' service.
- Experience of participating in Ofsted inspections and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
