Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, plus a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.


Job Description

As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience, but you must be resilient and able to provide exceptional care.
