About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team at Essity. This is a challenging role that requires a strong focus on delivering results and driving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned stops and optimize equipment performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to achieve business objectives and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance procedures and technical drawings.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure effective use of assets.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Develop and implement a 5-year asset development plan to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Lead performance management and consequence management within the department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a heavy industry, manufacturing, or process environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- IT literate with experience of using MS Office, SAP, or other maintenance management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively to meet key targets and deliver projects.
