Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regulatory Reporting Director to join our team at Jefferies International in London. As a key member of our compliance and risk management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all regulatory reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regulatory reporting team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the relevant competent authorities, including MIFID PRU/IFR reporting for all European entities.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to meet department needs for both new business and regulatory changes coming externally and internally.
  • Work closely with the business areas and risk on capital planning exercises, internal assessment of risk, and allocation of capital by business.
  • Maintain key relationships with relevant industry associations to ensure Jefferies views are considered in any relevant matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory reporting within an investment banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and EU regulatory requirements, including MIFIDPRU and IFR.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
