Teaching Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Teacher to join our team at an Alternative provision in Stockton. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with challenging behaviour.

Role Details:
  • Long-term contract with a negotiable daily rate from £150

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each pupil
  2. Provide individualised support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  3. Maintain open lines of communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination
  4. Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies

Essential Requirements: To apply for this position, you must possess:
  • An enhanced DBS clearance
  • A PGCE with QTS qualification
  • Experience working with SEMH & Challenging Behaviour
