Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, including logging of maintenance requests, filing, and preparing notices, as well as updating databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Team Support: Assist the Operations Manager in managing the team, including deputizing in their absence, and providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to residents and staff.
- Leadership Development: Develop your leadership and management skills, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
