Join Our Team as a Financial Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Assistant to join our team at Maxwell Bond. As a Financial Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department with a range of tasks, including processing invoices, managing credit control, and updating financial spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage credit control and payment setups
  • Update and maintain financial spreadsheets, including preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Financial Assistant or similar role, with sales and purchase ledger expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with XERO or similar accounting software
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to spot numerical errors
