Finance Business Partner

Compass Group UK & Ireland Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in delivering financial and commercial support to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review annual budgets and reforecasting processes, ensuring accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce and review monthly management information, including detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, to provide insights into business performance.
  • Financial Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities across all contracts within your remit, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Financial Operations: Manage month-end journals and accounts closure, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience in large contract management, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Business Partnering: Demonstrated experience in business partnering with non-financial colleagues at senior levels, with a talent for presenting outcomes and influencing stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
