Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Matt Burton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters, including risk assessment, emergency response planning, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and develop and implement effective safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement emergency response plans
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety matters
- Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as a degree or NEBOSH diploma
- Experience working in a hazardous industry, preferably at a similar level
- Experience working on an Upper tier COMAH Site would be an advantage
